Indo Japan Chamber of Commerce Kerala (INJACK) is registered under section 25 of the Companies Act 1956. INJACK has been established in the state of Kerala under the initiative of Alumni Society of AOTS Kerala to serve the business needs of entrepreneurs especially that of the small and medium scale sector in relation to their business between Japan and India. INJACK is an industry led body created with the specific objective of promoting trade relations between Japan and Kerala. The organisation will act as a common platform for business persons to form joint ventures, partnerships or investments with companies in Japan and Kerala. It will act as a catalyst for strengthening trade relations, promote bi-lateral trade, facilitate investment and technology transfer, joint ventures, business collaborations and strategic tie-ups. JAPAN MELA is an event designed to rekindle 'Brand Japan' in Kerala. The event will showcase the best Japanese products and services, highlighting the country’s strength in technology, quality and innovation. The event’s ambience will reflect the culture, colours and cuisine of Japan. Several B2B discussions will also be featured in the expo, through which product, service or knowledge exchanges can be discussed.
The event would open up the market for Japanese brands. It will be the first step towards building a lasting business tie between India and Japan.

Mr. Miyahara YUTAKA, Councillor, Japan India Association, Tokyo visited Cochin and interacted with the members of INJACK and also that of ASA Kerala, at the Nippon Kerala Centre last week on 24 June 2015.
Miyahara san was an erstwhile Manager of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organisation) office in New Delhi and Yokohama, besides being appointed as Director of HIDA (The Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association, Japan), prior to his retirement from active Govt Service.
The members who interacted with Miyahara san have given a very positive feedback on the insights provided by him, that would help boost the business activities still further with their counterparts in Japan.
Team INJACK is pleased to inform you that the Industries (J) Department, Govt of Kerala has issued Govt Order bearing Ref: GO (Rt) No. 216/2015/ID dated 10/03/2015, authorising INJACK to be the facilitation / contact point for all Entrepreneurs from Japan and Kerala, whilst addressing / processing all future private Joint Ventures or bilateral business activities, between Japan and Kerala.
The issuance of this GO will further strengthen and assist INJACK in establishing its presence within Kerala.
